Very Important Pooch Program

The pooch Dog Spa VIP program is a delightfully unique experience reserved for our loyal customers. As our way of saying Thank You for trusting us with your pet care needs each VIP receives special perks and discounts throughout the year.


1. VIP discount: Our VIP program gives you 25% discount off your pooches 8th grooming or spa treatment.

2. Priority Holiday Scheduling: Never again will you have to scramble around trying to schedule a hard-to-get holiday appointment. As a member of the VIP Program your appointment will be pre-booked and waiting for you.

3. Complimentary spa treatments: Your pooch will be treated to 2 complimentary spa treatments per year. The treatment will be chosen by their therapist during a pre-treatment consultation with you and your pooch.

4. Advanced notice of promotions at the Spa: VIP program members will be the first to hear about special offers and promotions at the Spa benefiting from priority booking.



1. Pre-book your pooches next appointment at the recommended schedule for their breed: At each visit simply pre-book your pooches next grooming appointment at an interval of four to twelve weeks depending on your pooch’s grooming schedule. Customer who prefer to use our Online Booking System are required to book within 24 hours of their pooches last appointment. We will schedule your next appointment when picking your pooch up from the Spa and you will receive an appointment reminder prior to the scheduled date.

2. Keep all your details up to date
: Ensure the team at the Spa has up to date information for you and your pooch.


Existing customers: regular Spa customers will be contacted and invited to join the program. All customer details need to be current to join.

New Customers: On completion of your pooches first visit with us pre-book your pooches next appointment for the recommended grooming schedule interval. A completed Client Registration Form is required.


1. Program enrollment commences when pre-booking of appointments that are within the recommended grooming schedule begins. Customers who qualify and have an open Loyalty Card can transfer their Loyalty card visits to their VIP membership.

2. VIP members wishing to have their pooch groomed outside the recommended schedule for their breed can put their VIP membership on hold until they wish to return to their advised schedule. Membership can only be put on hold for a maximum of 6 months. The recommended schedule can be viewed here

3. Our Loyalty Card Program ended on March 31st 2016, all Loyalty Cards are void after this time. Current non-qualifying VIP Program customers with open loyalty cards can transfer their loyalty card visits to the VIP program should they wish to join program under the terms stated.

4. The 25% VIP Program discount is only applicable to grooming and Spa services. The discount cannot be redeemed against products from the Spa Boutique.

5. While You Wait Services, and Body Therapies do not qualify for the program.

6. Our system automatically tracks your pooches visits. You can check your balance at any time by asking a member of staff.

7. VIP cards are non-transferable.

8. Membership is free, and this is just one more way to say Thank You for trusting us with your pet care needs

9. All pet parent and pooches details have to be complete and up to date to join and stay enrolled in the program.

10. Complimentary spa treatments exclude our Spa Day Experience and Pamper Morning Experience. The first complimentary treatment can be taken anytime within the first 6 months of joining the program. The second complimentary treatment must be taken 6 months after joining the program.

11. Our Forces Discount offer cannot be combined with our VIP program. Qualifying customers have the choice of which program to join.

12. We reserve the right to terminate or modify the program at any time.
